Delivery Options: All orders over £50 are free of delivery charges. Orders placed by 3:00 PM weekdays will be dispatched the same day for delivery the following working day, subject to payment clearance and stock.

Orders placed and cleared on weekends (Friday night to Sunday night) will be dispatched the following Monday, with the exclusion of Bank Holidays, for delivery on the following Tuesday, subject to stock.

Next day delivery applies to most of mainland UK, with the exclusion of Scottish Highlands and other rural areas, where the delivery may take up to 3 days, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Norther Ireland and Republic of Ireland carry additional charges.

Orders paid by credit/debit cards can only be sent to the registered card address. This is to help prevent credit card fraud. Deliveries are carried out by courier service which requires a signature to be provided.

All consignments delivered to Jersey with a value exceeding £400, including shipping costs, will be subjected to a ‘Goods and Service Tax’ (GST) of 3% of the value of the consignment. The responsibility for the payment of this tax lies with the receiver and not the sender. If the tax is not paid, we will be unable to deliver the consignment.

The receiver has a duty to register consignments stating the consignment note number and from where the goods are being despatched. To obtain the consignment number of your order call us on (+44)2089064118. Where the Goods and Service Tax has not been paid, the goods will be held by our carrier for a maximum period of 5 (five) days. During this time our Carrier will notity the receiver of the goods that they are held by Customs and provide them with a Consignment Line Code. This will enable the receiver to declare the goods and pay any Customs duties and GST that is due on-line. If, after 5 days, the GST remains unpaid, the goods will be return back to us.

What time do I have to order by for Next Day Delivery?

Please place your order by 3:00 PM for Next Working Day Delivery. Orders placed over the weekend (after 3:00 PM on Friday) will be processed and shipped on Monday, for delivery on Tuesday.

Orders placed on any of the Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
